Vacuum closed circuite suction blast machine consists of suction blast machine with remote control, blast hose,
blast head assembly, reclaimer & separator and pneumaticlly generated abrasive recovery system, dust collector and cart. it is widely used for descaling, surface texturing, and paint preparation, mainly used to clean rust removing at oil field, container renew, etc, and pneumaticlly generated abrasive recovery system makes it to be used without dust and disposal problem.
Features:
1. automatically recover and recycle the abrasive without stoping to refill, reduce the abrasive consumption, eliminate sweeping and minimize abrasive disposal costs.
2. pneumaticlly generated abrasive recovery system for easy loading new or resuable abrasive media, and easy recovery expendable abrasive media for disposal. Spent abrasive dust and debris is recovered continuously and re-useable abrasive is recycled to the gun.
3. adopt suction blast system allow the operator to start and stop blasting as frequently as needed.
4. closed circuit blast gun fitted with boron carbide nozzle dia 6.4mm, 7.9mm, 9.5mm, 11.1mm to customers require.
5.Integral dust collector houses caritridge filter to trap dust and fines for acceptable dust emission.

Vacuum closed circuit pressure blast machine consists of pressure blast machine with remote control, blast hose, blast head assembly, reclaimer and vacuum pump recovery system, dust collector and cart. it is widely used for descaling, surface texturing, and paint preparation, mainly used to clean bigger components, like steel structure, bridge, big tank body, used for big tanks vessel repair, pipe rust removing at oil field, container renew, etc, and vacuum pump generated recovery system makes it to be used without dust and disposal problem.
Features:
1. Automatically recover and recycle the abrasive, reduce the abrasive consumption, eliminate sweeping and minimize abrasive disposal costs.
2. Powerful vacuum pump fitted for recovery to reduce the air consumption, easy load new or reusable abrasive media, and easy recovery expendable abrasive media for disposal.
3. Adopt pressure-hold pneumatic remote control, keeping the blast machine under pressure but allow the operator to start and stop blasting as frequently as needed. The machine is pressurized and depressurized manually, and the remote control handle controls the on/off of the abrasive and air independently.

Vacuum Abrasive Recycle Machine
Vacuum abrasive recycle machine is specailly designed to be used together with portabl blast machines, for recovery and recycling the abrasive, reduce the abrasive consumption, eliminate sweeping and minimize abrasive disposal costs. It is generally used for cleaning or bulk suction in any industrial application wherer high capacity is required tgether with flexibillity, mobility, reliableility.
Vacuum revocery machine consists of followings
- Vacuum module: Powerful vacuume pumps to produce maximum vacuum to convey abrasive over typical distance and revers pulse dust collector to ensure dust emission complance with local requirement during abrasive recovery and classification.
- Cyclone separator: to recycle and classfy the abrasive. One 150L abrasive storage hopper fitted under reclaimer. Only clean properly sizes abrasive reach this bottom hopper.
- Cartridge filter dust collector, manually dust cleaning.
